Pia is a wooden Finnish motorsailer that was shipped up to us from Milwaukee where she had been stored for the past twelve years after her cabin tops had been removed and a restoration effort abandoned. We designed a new cabin structure, ports and doors.

The main cabin top was laid with clear fir tongue and groove paneling over temporary frames. We laminated 2 layers of 1/4″ marine plywood over the fir and then sheathed the plywood with 10 oz fibeglass cloth set in epoxy resin
