Valley is a Cherubini 44 built in 1985. She is back to our shop to get her engine and fuel tank replaced. We built the hard dodger shown here to offer protection from Lake Superior several years ago.

Close up view of the hard dodger. We tried to integrate the design line of the dodger to blend seamlessly with the original cabinhouse. Steve Worsfold did the working drawings using the original profile plan. We also laid a new teak deck at the same time that we were adding the hard dodger.
Steve is standing on the dodger before we applied the fibeglass skin and paint to make sure we had built it stiff enough.
We filled spots on the plywood subdeck after we had removed the old teak decking which had been leaking and was just starting to degrade the plywood,
The new teak decking on the starboard side has been dry fitted.
